HERE IS THE SYNTAX

Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
sapi.Speak message

copy this syntax and paste it in ur notepad document and save it as .vbs or example chiru.vbs and save it on destop and double click it and type some thing and listen ur Pc SPEAKS IT
After saving the file as ur_name.vbs double click on it and u will see that dialog window box and type ur text and click ok
